Privacy notice
This website is operated by Nico, the seller of the PropertyFranchising domain package. Privacy questions can be sent to nico@nextspace.co.uk.
Your enquiry
We use the name, email address, company, message and any offer you provide to respond and discuss a possible acquisition. The hosting and email providers process the enquiry so it can be delivered. The website does not store enquiry content in its statistics or a local enquiry database. Messages remain in the seller’s mailbox; unsuccessful discussions are normally deleted within 12 months, unless needed for a dispute. Records of an agreed transaction may be kept as required for that transaction.
Limited website statistics
We keep page-visit timestamps, the public landing-page address, the referring website’s hostname and which package domain appears to have brought a visitor here. We discard referrer paths, query strings and fragments. No advertising services or third-party analytics are used.
For an approximate daily count, the server transforms the network address into a keyed, day-specific identifier. Raw network addresses, browser fingerprints and full user-agent strings are not stored in our statistics. The identifier changes each UTC day and cannot track a visitor across days. Records are removed after 90 days during the next statistics read or write. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these statistics.
Cookies and security
A temporary, essential session cookie protects forms and supports administrator login. It expires when the browser session ends and is not used for analytics. Short-lived keyed network-address hashes limit enquiry and login abuse. The hosting provider may separately keep server and mail logs under its own policies.
Your choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of enquiry information, or to object to its use. We process enquiries to take steps at your request towards a potential agreement, and use limited security and usage records to operate and protect the website. You may raise a privacy concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
